When you use the contact form on our website, or when you call, text, or email us, you may give us:

• Your phone number and email address
• The type of service you are interested in
• Details about your job, including anything you write in your message, such as what needs to be removed and where it is
• Photos or other files you choose to send us by text or email

Please do not include sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card numbers, in your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web hosting service may automatically record certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is usually kept in server logs and is used to keep the website secure and working properly.

When you send us a message through the contact form, the service that delivers it also records your IP address and the website the form was sent from. See Contact Form Submissions below.

Contact Form Submissions

When you send us a message through the contact form, your information is handled by two outside companies on its way to us, in addition to us:

• Formgopher is the form delivery service our website uses. It receives what you type into the form (your name, phone number, email, service, and message), your IP address, and the website the form was sent from. It uses this to pass your message on to us, to spot spam and abuse, and to keep a log of deliveries.
• Resend is the email service Formgopher uses. It receives your message and the email address it is being sent to, and sends the email to our inbox.

We then receive your message by email, and that is where we read and respond to it. These companies act as service providers on our behalf and use your information only to deliver your message and run their service.

According to Formgopher’s privacy policy, it keeps a log of form submissions, including the message and IP address, for up to 12 months and then deletes it. The email we receive stays in our inbox until we delete it (see How Long We Keep Information).

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files that websites place on your device. Our website does not currently use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

The website does save your light or dark mode choice in your browser’s local storage, so it remembers your preference on your next visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Third-Party Services and Links

• Social media. Our website links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, and TikTok. When you click those links you leave our website, and each company’s own privacy policy applies. We do not control what they collect.
• Customer reviews. Our website shows reviews that customers posted publicly on Google, Facebook, and Nextdoor, along with the first name and last initial shown on the original review. If you would like a review of yours removed from our website, contact us and we will take it down.

Calls and Text Messages

If you call or text us at 210-535-8882, we receive your phone number and anything you share with us. We use it to respond to you, give you a quote, and arrange your job. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Calls and texts also pass through your carrier and your phone’s apps, which have their own privacy practices.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons described above, such as answering your request, completing a job, keeping business and tax records, and meeting legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. Copies held by our form and email service providers are kept for the periods they describe, as explained under Contact Form Submissions.

Keeping Your Information Safe

We use reasonable steps to protect your information. The contact form sends your message over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. However, no method of sending information over the internet or storing it electronically is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask what personal information we have about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information (we may need to keep some records where the law requires it). If you sent a message through the contact form, we can also help you ask Formgopher to delete its log of it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you by phone, text, or email
• Ask us to remove your name from a customer review shown on our website

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. We will respond to valid requests as the law requires. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are meant for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Changes take effect when they are posted.
